Granite State Glider-FestThe Granite Glider Guiders in conjunction with the Southern New Hampshire R/C Club are pleased to sponsor the "Granite State Glider-Fest". Our third annual event is to be held on August 17th, 2008. The Glider-Fest is a typical precision thermal duration soaring contest. Pilots are welcome to compete in 2-meter and/or unlimited class. Anyone competing in the 2-meter class with a Multiplex Easy Glider is eligible for our special "Top Performing Easy Glider" award. Registration for a single class is $10, both classes $15. Guest lunches are available for $5. Come to fly and compete, come to help out, come to watch and have a good time. Everyone is welcome. Registration is at the field beginning at 8:00 AM, Pilots meeting is 9:00 AM. Click here for the printable copy of the 2008 contest flyer.
